WARNING: YOU AREN'T GETTING ALL YOUR EMAIL!

Most email service providers are now using automated filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. Often they accidentally filter the e-mail that you want to receive. It happens all the time.

One option is to subscribe to both of our email servers. You may get two newsletters that way, but at least you are more certain to get one!

To get the newsletter from BOTH servers send blank emails to:

ebayselling@getresponse.com and cesnewsletter@aweber.com

ALSO, No matter what email service you use this simple tip will help make sure you get the newsletter you've subscribed to:

To avoid email delivery issues please add these six email addresses to your email address book now:   jim@silentsalesmachine.com
  admin@silentsalesmachine.com
  support@silentsalesmachine.com
  jim@jimcockrum.com
  support@jimcockrum.com
  admin@jimcockrum.com

- You will notice in your "Ways To Organize Inbox," Outlook has filled in the necessary items, and all you have to do is simply left click on "Create." The next time you receive a message from us Outlook will automatically cause it to go into the mail box you created. You can then read the message at your pleasure.

ALL Others

- Contact the customer service representative or the Postmaster at the company that provides your e-mail or Internet connection (your ISP). Explain to them that SilentSalesMachine.com is e-mail that you asked for and value. Ask them if they can white-list SilentSalesMachine.com for you. They'll probably ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:

- Sending Address: If they ask for our address, give your contact this email address: jim@silentsalesmachine.com and ebayselling@getresponse.com

- Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them both of these:

@silentsalesmachine.com

@getresponse.com

Please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping silentsalesmachine.com or getresponse.com emails from you. You can use these same concepts to allow other emails through as well.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our control. All we can do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the REAL spammers and let the good email through!
