Often when I address an audience I'll give the following disclaimer:

Here's the problem.

You'll soon see your boss as a hurdle, your co-workers as sheep, and your commute as a complete waste of time away from family and your important life purpose.

2. Making great videos for youtube

You've probably seen some of the videos I've uploaded to youtube.com. I'm getting pretty decent at putting together instructional videos that wind up getting a lot of exposure.

Often times people will ask me how I'm making these videos.

Check out this video for example:

That video and nearly all other videos on my youtube.com account were made using CAMTASIA software.

You can learn to use Camtasia very quickly. It's the best screen capture/recording software on the market. I LOVE the PC version, but the MAC version leaves a lot to be desired (I asked for a refund on that).

Video can go viral very quickly. It's a great way to grow your audience.

I still love Animoto.com as well as a simple way to put together great looking videos with just a few digital images uploaded to the site.

Call them at 866-643-1588
Reps are available from 5AM-10PM PST, 7 days a week

For faster service generate a PIN before calling.

Here's how: Use the "contact us" button on the eBay help menu and then enter a nonsense question in the support question box. For example, enter the question "why is the sky blue?" A "call us" button will appear. Click the button and a PIN will be generated instantly and within moments you'll be on a live call with an eBay rep!

Have an item that is too large to sell and ship on eBay? Use Craigslist.com, but keep these tips in mind:

  o You might get some fraudulent emails. Don't click any links in any email messages you get if they are sent to you from supposedly interested buyers.
  o Arrange the money/goods exchange for a safe time and location away from home if possible (A fast food restaurant parking lot for example).
  o Arrange for a quick call a few minutes before the exchange so that no one wastes time with a "no show".
  o Take CASH only in person if possible
  o Money orders and Cashier checks can be fraudulent. Be careful.
