1. Know instantly what words and niches are profitable

Did you know that Microsoft has a free online tool that instantly predicts a customer's intent to make a commercial decision (i.e. spend money) based on the keyword they use to search?

How can you use this information?

A GOOD EXAMPLE: In the last full newsletter I told you about the "60 second" website builder here:

...and I showed you several of the income producing sites I'd set up with it. You just pick a keyword phrase and it builds a pretty video site for you with income generating Google Adsense ads all over it.

ONE ISSUE THOUGH...

One question we've heard from a few people about though is, "How can I find great niche keywords to target for my '60 second' websites?"

One great way to find KILLER keywords that are being used right now by people in the "shopping" mood (or "ad clicking mood") is this free online tool:

http://adlab.msn.com/Online-Commercial-Intention/oci.aspx

...based on millions of searches and tracking customer actions it can predict the "commercial intention" of people using certain search phrases. This is a FIRST and it's POWERFUL (and free like I said).

This is a great tool to help you find the best pay-per-click keywords or even just good keywords to build your website around. It can also help you pick a niche!

For example, according to the "commercial intention" tool an online surfer that types the phrase "new dog house" into a search engine has only a 32% "commercial intent". That's not very good. This means they are only 32% likely to buy something and not likely to click on ads.

On the other hand if a customer types the phrase "dog house kit" into a search engine they have a whopping 92% "commercial intent". The searcher using this phrase makes for a far better visitor to your site. They'll click ads and buy stuff!

Make sure you get those last two paragraphs. That is powerful information that you can easily generate yourself with a few seconds of research.

Conclusions based on my quick research...

Which of those two keyword phrases is most likely to bring you maximum ad clicks on your "niche video" site? My mini site is about "Dog House Kits", not "New Dog Houses".

What business should you focus on if you sell dog houses? Don't sell "New Dog Houses", but instead sell "Dog House Kits".

Keep in mind that you can create UNLIMITED video niche sites with:

...but it would be a good idea to do a bit of keyword research on each one to see what kind of visitors you'll be attracting.
