What does "eBay Abandon" mean on the graph?

If you use eBay as a marketing tool and move beyond complete reliance on eBay for your online income then you are practicing HIGH eBay Abandon.  You still obey all eBay policy, you still probably LOVE eBay, but you don't rely on eBay for your financial security. Stated differently, you have a good answer to this question:

"If eBay disappeared or canceled your account for some reason tomorrow what would your online business look like?"

What does "Creativity" mean on the graph?
